Overview of All Reports for SiteOwl Projects

SiteOwl Projects provides a number of downloadable reports that greatly enhance your ability to assess and share Project scope and status at any stage. Reports are accessible from either the Project Card or from the Plan view. This page outlines the highlights of each report with links to more detailed information on each report.

Project Reports: Overview

Project Overview Report

This report provides a flexible overview of Design and Installation Projects that can be configured to include details and overall status.

Intended Users:
  1. Sales
  2. Designers/Estimators/Engineers
Common Use Cases:
  1. Share the details of a proposed Project
  2. Share the details of a finalized Design
  3. Share the progress of an ongoing Installation
  4. Share the final state of a Project

Project Progress Report

This report provides a high-level, graphical overview of a Project's completion status including configurable filter options and detailed drill-down to Project Devices.

Intended Users:
  1. Project Managers
  2. Lead Technicians
  3. End User Administration / Security Teams
Common Use Case:
  1. Evaluate Project completion as a whole and by System Type.

Multi-Plan Report

Multiple plan detailed report with numbered pins and pin information for each selected plan.

Intended Users:
  1. Sales
  2. Designers/Estimators/Engineers
  3. Project Managers
Common Use Case:
  1. Share the details of multiple plans in the same Project, including a pin list.

Numbered Plan Report

Single plan detailed report with numbered pins and pin information.

Intended Users:
  1. Sales
  2. Designers/Estimators/Engineers
Common Use Case:
  1. Share a single plan including a detailed pin list

Icon Plan Report

Single plan summary report with pin labels that can contain Device/Task Name, Abbreviated Name, and Part Number. This report does not include detailed pin information.

Intended Users:
  1. Sales
  2. Designers/Estimators/Engineers
  3. Project Managers
Common Use Case:
  1. Share a single plan without a detailed pin list

Recent Activity Report/Email

Installation report/email that includes notable activity over the last 24 hours.

Intended Users:
  1. Designers
  2. Project Managers
Common Use Cases:
  1. Evaluate recent Installation Project activity
  2. Review Project work performed by specific Technicians

Connections Report

Connection detail report that provides information on the devices connected to each hub device in a Project.

Intended Users:
  1. Designers/Estimators/Engineers
  2. Project Managers
  3. Lead Technicians
Common Use Case:
  1. Review and document all of a Project's connections

Device Photo Export

Export of Project Photos.

Intended Users:
  1. Project Managers
Common Use Cases:
  1. Offline photo review
  2. Photo reuse in other applications
