Project Overview Report

Access the Project Overview Report from the Reports link in the Project Card: 

General Configuration options allow you to customize the report based on your needs: 

1. Include or exclude the Progress Summary and Parts List sections.
   

2. If your Plans contain a large number of Devices that are tightly clustered, select the High-Density Plans option for optimal print quality.  

3. Select up to 20 Plans to include in the report.

The Pin size and color shown on the report are determined by your Project Plan view settings. Changing your Pin Color setting from Device Color to Install Status or Operational Status, for example, allows you to use this report for different purposes. To change these settings, navigate to the Project Plan, Filter options, then return to the Project's Reports tab to download the report. 

Column Configuration options allows for up to 8 columns of data to be included in the report. Your column selections will be remembered for the Account on which you're reporting. Click the Default option to return to the system default settings.
